Very poor with Phone numbers on Vodafone Customer service ie numbers given not in use to contact customer service no help to resolve my Problems with the Internet Very unhappy with customer care Im considering leaving this company after todays fiasco

Renewed a contract last week & was offered An Apple Watch series 9 cellular & I accepted & I still not received it yet.

Too much charge after the connection . September I got connected and from February the charge went up

Land line did not work. Three lengthy sessions with chat line from website resulted in two service fault numbers.
A message to mobile then threatened to cancel fault reported.
Eventually I spoke in person to a person in Egypt who was patient enough to listen to my rant and took time and trouble to report fault to BT in the UK. And apparently fault will be dealt with on 1 to 3 days.
User's recommendation: Be prepared to be patient if something goes wrong.

Totally unhelpful can't anwser questions. Reading questions from script .For a big organisation response is pathetic.dont sign up
Rubbish service when so think z I’ve been scammed. Joke service have you heard of the telephone-you should try it. Get some for your staff

Been told my broadband will be activated on 14th of November, they sent me details that it will be 22nd!!! I am basically left without broadband while I have to work on my laptop!!! Awful service!
Definitely looking for someone else!!!
