Never deal with this company. I ordered a sim card, waited two weeks, called to ask where the card is, they said they would send another sim card.
now I pay for two contracts. They said they can't cancel the second bill because I called too late even though I didn't even get the second SIM card.
I blocked the bank account, now they send letters that I have a debt. Shed Company

Painful
My contract ended in November 2023 and initially I cancelled. After speaking to a rep I agreed to continue at a reduced rate each month and paid an instalment to restart.
Little did I know they'd cancelled my direct debit and I was issued with a late payment fee for December 'which was system generated and couldn't be reimbursed'!
No notification or anything.
I contacted complaints who insist they've refunded this one and another since for 'late payment', even though I pay by direct debit. Please do not go anywhere near this company!

UNABLE TO REACH ANYONE TO REQUEST PUK CODE.
THE VODAFONE STORES NOT HELPFUL EITHER, THEY PUSH YOU TO THE VITUAL/ONLINE CUSTOMER SERVICE WHICH IS OF NO HELP AT ALL. DESPITE BE TOLD BY TELEPHONE CUSTOMER THEY SAID THEY ARE FRANCHISING THEREFORE UNABLE TO RESOLVE THE ISSUE

Unlike my recent interactions with Vodafone, which have been nothing short of a sitcom. Picture this: a 8h+ marathon on the phone that had more twists and turns than a mystery novel.
Attempt #1:
Placed an order on Friday, only to have it canceled on Sunday with the grace of a ninja.
No notes, no explanationjust a masterclass in disappearing acts. (4-hour call)
Morning Mayhem: Bright and early at 8 am, I embarked on a journey through four different departments, each promising to solve the mystery of the canceled order. Think of it as my own personal episode of "Four Departments and a Cancelled Order." (40 minutes)
Surprise Email: Received a love letter in the form of an email, stating that my service at XYZ will be breaking up with me on the 28th. No RSVP, just a cold notice No clue where that date was from as i move out on the 30th not the 28th.
Attempt #2:
Called Vodafone again, only to be told they had canceled the termination.
Crisis averted, right? Wrong. (35 minutes)
Moving Homes Drama:
Passed on to the moving homes team, who discovered that the termination hadn't been canceled at all. Cue the dramatic music as I launched into a complaint monologue.
(40 minutes)
Compensation Carousel:
Promised compensation, then told I'm not eligible because apparently, I don't own a Vodafone sim. Do I need to start a Vodafone petting zoo to qualify?
Email Encore:
Received an email announcing the birth of a new contract, complete with the twist that the items are being delivered to my old address.
Classic Vodafone, keeping me on my toes.
Current Cliffhanger:
Currently in suspense, eagerly awaiting a call from a manager. Will they solve the mystery, or will it be another episode of "Hold Music and Broken Promises"?
If my life were a sitcom, I'd call it "Dialing Disaster." Feel free to grab some popcorn and enjoy the show.

I was in France and first day there already been told my data ran out i tried to addrd data 2GB for &18 but the app wouldnt let me. Called customer service said couldnt add data for me because i m not in the uk end up have yo get my partner log into my accounts and added data for me.

Where to start.
Password reset not working. Unable to view bill on second phone.
Error code 4300 extremely annoying, almost like you dont have any other codes. the app is useless, as is uninstalling and then installing.
My opinion is that you know your app is crap, but hey..your only a customer!

I pay my bills every month but dont have a good score and my bills are expensive. Really need to cancel with immediate effect

Took out a smart device contract in October 2020 and paid via direct debit. Contract ended in October 2022 but continued to pay for device for last 12 months without any contact from Vodafone.
Eventually wanted to upgrade and was told contract was a rolling contract and as I hadnt cancelled (self managed account apparently???) it was all my fault. By this stage had taken out new contract and took 13 days to cancel everything and return new device.
6 phone calls and three online chats to sort out problem. Avoid unless you have the patience of a saint!!!

After been a customer for 10 years, they have just ignored my request to cancel my monthly plan I wasnt even using the Vodafone number and now I have to pay the last 3 months. DONT USE VODAFONE!!!

Non existent customer service
I've contacted Vodafone twice over phone. First time it took me 4,5h to get 'help'.
Second time, wise from previous call, it took 1,5h before I just said good bye because they just aren't able to help. I was tossed around (4 different people the first call) and still didn't get help. All I wanted to know was if there was a cap on my internet consumption since it had stopped working.
Not a very difficult question. I'm now trying to chat with them to cancel my contract but the bot keep saying "you seem to be inactive so we should perhaps end the chat" I mean...jeeeez.
Adding to all this, I live in central London and the internet speed is so low it can't be measured sometimes.
